Sally-Anne Armitage - Next Chapter Counselling MBACP (Accredited)

Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS27

Hello trainee and qualified counsellors.

I am a BACP accredited counsellor, qualified supervisor (PG Dip) and qualified lecturer in counselling (PGCE)

My working life has been centred around counselling for over 7 years. I have lectured in it, studied it and discussed it, constantly challenging myself to continue to grow and develop. This isn't just a profession to me, it is my passion.

Due to in lecturing in counselling for 5 years I have a thorough understanding of theory, ethics and the use of counselling skills, which I have found enhances my role as supervisor. I trained in supervision to connect my love of training with my love of counselling.

As a supervisor I am warm and non judgemental and encourage supervisees to speak openly in a productive, calm and supportive atmosphere. I am also very honest and will offer supportive challenge without hesitation. We will work alongside each other as professionals and address issues raised through in depth exploration and mature discussion.

Fees

My fee is £50 per hour for qualified and trainee counsellors.

Feel free to call, send a message or email and we can arrange an initial meeting. Initial sessions last 30 minutes and incur a £25 fee.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

Due to the door threshold, the room itself would be difficult to access by wheelchair. Please contact me for further details.
