Clinical Supervision Model:

I combine 3 approaches/models of supervision; The 7 eyed model, strength based approach and the Kite Mark model. By combining the three models of supervision, we will work together to analyse and explore the parallel process, unconscious processes, transference and countertransference, thoughts, feelings, mirroring and levels of empathy within the triangular supervisory relationship. Through this level of exploration and a steady combination of support and challenge, you will be able to gain hidden meaning within your therapeutic relationships and develop ideas for future work.

Reflective Practice Model:

  • Reflect, Support, Resolve (RSR) Model.
  • Staff Support projects, including Schwartz Rounds, Critical Incident Staff Support and Team Support Plans.

Initial meeting/Contracting:

The initial meeting will be an opportunity for you to ask any further questions about my clinical supervision and reflective practice style/approach, for you to inform me of your supervisory requirements and for us to establish a co created contract for our work together.

Fees:

  • Individual £80 per 1-1 supervision session (face to face or skype).
  • limited consessionary rates for newly qualified counsellors and psychotherapists at the early stages of building their private practice.
