Supervision details

Choosing a supervisor for your counselling and psychotherapy practice is as important as finding the right therapist. The quality of relationship you form with your supervisor will impact on the quality of relationship you can offer your clients. As an experienced practitioner I understand the challenges of working with unconscious material and know the importance of feeling supported and well regarded in facilitating best practice and deep exploration. As an integrative practitioner I draw on my core model of TA and the psychodynamic acknowledgment of our history impacting our current reality, alongside a Person-Centred focus on relational warmth and phenomenological immediacy. I look forward to hearing from you!

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
