Charley Venables-Bland, BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Hello,
Thank you for taking a look at my supervision page.
I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I work with a Humanistic and Integrative model of therapy. I have 10 years of counselling experience with 7 years in private practice. I am currently engaged in a 4 year programme of learning, around developmentally and relationally based psychotherapy, that will lead to accreditation with the International Intergrative Psychotherapy Association (IIPA).
My approach is relational and developmentally attuned, taking into account attachment theories. I am also experienced in working with couples and work affirmatively with LGBTQ+ people or people struggling to understand their identity. I also work a lot with issues around body image. I have experience of working short term (EAP, brief structured models) and long term with clients.
I am currently training as a supervisor to post graduate diploma level and I have availability to take on new supervisees. My approach to supervision mirrors my therapy approach, I will work with you to build a safe space where you can bring your client work that offers understanding, empathy and growth.
I offer low cost supervision options for qualified and experienced counsellors, newly qualified counsellors or those in training. My fee whilst I am completing my supervision training is £35p/h.
Please contact me for further details.
