As a supervisor I work from a person centred approach, however I also have extensive training in compassion focussed therapy and creative supervision.

As well as being a supervisor I’m also a person centred counsellor with 8 years post qualification experience.

I have extensive experience and knowledge as a counsellor of working with complex trauma and military personnel. I also have experience with different clients and settings, such as working within the NHS, working with survivors of domestic abuse, those with depression, or who experience anxiety, relationships problems and those who are bereaved, just to name a few.

Practice description

DUE TO COVID-19 I am currently only  offering TELEPHONE and ONLINE supervision.

I have a quiet and confidential room in the business park, Catterick Garrison.

During the first session we will get to know each other and decide if we are the correct fit for you during supervision.

I will run through a contract with you and discuss together your expectations of supervision.

I offer a warm, friendly, empathic, ethical environment to bring your work. I aim to offer you guidance, understanding and space during supervision sessions.
