Supervision details
Supervision is at the very core of what we do as Counsellors and Psychotherapists. In the receiving of supervision we are taking our place in a wider web of support, where knowledge, skills, ideas, approaches and wisdoms trickle through the whole system, supporting and nourishing our sense of wellbeing as practitioners, and inevitably the clients we serve. I am qualified in relational supervision, which as the title suggests, puts relationship at the heart of supervision. As therapists we are all unique, and as such, we express our learning and life experience, within each therapeutic relationship, in a unique way, which in turn enables meaningful connection and healing for our clients. Similarly, I see my role as a supervisor as one of supporting and enabling my supervisees to grow in confidence as unique practitioners, through fostering a trusting relationship where reflective practice supports a sense of personal and professional uniqueness and growth. I am passionate about providing good supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Coaches and Health Professionals. Please contact me if you would like a chat about your supervision needs.
