  • >Supervisor Mary (Johnstone) Sneddon MBACP (Accred)

I was trained by Jenny Bianacardi and have been working as a supervisor for approx 4yrs now. I have been working as a therapist since the late 1990's and my approach whilst originally Person Centred is now intergrative; underpinned both as a therapist and supervisor by the Person Centred Ethos, placing an emphasis on the relationship.

MY expereience ranges from working with young people to adults. I have specailised in working with Trauma and how we can also use the information from our bodies to work through what is causing difficulty for the person.

I am a firm beleiver in CPD and I myself have the benefit of two very experienced different supervisors.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
