Welcome to my profile!

Choosing the right supervisor is a key step in achieving ethically sound support for your clinical practice, so I’ve done my best to provide you with what I hope will help you decide if I’m the right person for you.

I am a BACP Accredited & Registered Counsellor and Certified Integrative Supervisor.

How I work
I offer individual supervision to counsellors at my practice in Lightwater for face-to-face, phone or online sessions. In my role as core staff member at the Brunel University London I also work as a supervisor with associates and trainees of the Counselling Service.

I believe that supervision offers a safe space for you to reflect on and explore issues that arise from your work as a therapist, whilst working or training, ethically and therapeutically with clients. Supervision also enables you to be supported and gain clarity for the benefit of yourself and your clients or colleagues. Also in supervision areas for further development and training can be identified for Continuing Professional Development.

About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor (BA Hons) and nlp coach with over 15 years of experience helping people break through limiting thought patterns and behaviours that keep them dissatisfied with their lives. Besides working in my private practice in Lightwater, I am also a core member of the Brunel University London Counselling service, working with students and staff on a one-to-one basis as well as offering stress management workshops.

As an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice (www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/). And as a cognitive hypnotherapist and member of the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) I also abide by their code of conduct, ethics and performance.

Starting our work together

The first thing I would recommend would be a brief phone conversation. This will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you might have before making an appointment.

I look forward to hearing from you.
