Supervision details

I offer clinical supervision grounded in evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, alongside third wave approaches such as ACT & CFT.

My approach is collaborative, supportive and structured, providing a space for therapists to reflect, develop and grow in their clinical work. Supervision focuses on formulation, clinical decision making and maintaining fidelity to CBT models, while integrating flexibility and compassion in practice.

I encourage reflective practice, curiosity and the development of both clinical skills and therapist self awareness. This includes supporting supervisees to think beyond symptom reduction, considering values, emotional regulation, and the wider context of a client’s experiences.

I have experience working across NHS services with a range of presentations, including anxiety, low mood, trauma related difficulties and long term conditions.

Alongside core CBT work, I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, including the psychological impact of hormonal conditions such as PMOS, Endometriosis, PMDD & Peri/Menopause. I welcome supervisees who are interested in developing confidence in this area.

Supervision sessions may include:
• Case discussion and CBT formulation
• Integration of third wave approaches (ACT, CFT)
• Skills development and intervention planning
• Risk and ethical considerations
• Reflective practice and therapist wellbeing
• Support with professional development

I aim to create a safe, open and non judgemental space where supervisees feel supported while also appropriately challenged to enhance their clinical work.
