I provide clinical supervision and reflective practice supervision to support safe, effective, ethical psychological work. Supervision can include:

Case discussion, formulation, and treatment planning
Developing clinical skills and professional identity
Ethical decision-making (BPS/HCPC-aligned)
Risk assessment/management and clinical governance
Safeguarding (adults and children) and working within wider systems
Reflective practice (use of self, boundaries, culture/power/context, wellbeing and sustainability)
My approach is collaborative and structured, combining support with appropriate challenge, and agreeing clear goals and next steps.

I supervise trainee and qualified counselling psychologists and allied practitioners working with:

Adults, adolescents, couples, and families
Community/charity services, education, organisations, and private practice
Cross-cultural and bilingual contexts (English and Cantonese; Putonghua as needed)

My supervision is integrative and may draw on:

Adlerian and counselling psychology frameworks
CBT-informed approaches where clinically appropriate
Mindfulness-informed skills when relevant
Ongoing attention to evidence-informed practice and reflective learning

Online supervision (UK and Hong Kong time zones) and in-person where feasible
Individual, dyadic, and group supervision
Frequency by agreement (e.g., monthly/fortnightly) and aligned with placement/employer/professional requirements
Clear agreement on boundaries, confidentiality, recording/notes, and responsibilities
Fees (GBP)
Individual supervision (60 minutes): £90–£130

Dyadic supervision (2 supervisees):

60 minutes: £90–£130
90 minutes: £130–£180
Group supervision (typical group size 3–6):

90 minutes: £150–£300 (dependent on number of supervisees)
120 minutes: £210–£390 (dependent on number of supervisees)
Extended time: Fees are pro rata if extended time is required.
