Supervision details
Integrative Creative Supervision
Hello, I’m Sian.
I’m an Integrative Creative Supervisor, BACP Registered Counsellor and neurodivergent practitioner. My approach to supervision is warm, relational, collaborative and, importantly, creative.
I believe supervision should be more than simply ticking a box. It is a space to pause, think, reflect and explore what is happening beneath the surface of our client work — including your thoughts, feelings, responses and the therapeutic relationship.
🎨 Creativity at the heart of supervision
I use the CRAFTS Model of Supervision®, integrating creative methods with reflective and systemic practice. Creativity can open up different perspectives and help us explore things that words alone don't always reach.
✨ What you can expect:
🎨 Creative ways of exploring client work and therapeutic relationships
💭 Space for honest reflection and deeper self-awareness
🔎 Gentle challenge where appropriate, while avoiding collusion
🌱 Support for your personal and professional development
🧩 An inclusive, neurodivergent-informed approach
🌿 Exploration of the wider systemic influences surrounding you and your clients
🤝 A warm, authentic and collaborative supervisory relationship
My approach
The CRAFTS Model of Supervision® brings together Creativity, Reflection, Awareness, Focus, Transformation and Systemic thinking.
I’m particularly interested in what sits beneath the presenting issue — what are you noticing, feeling or bringing to the work? What might be happening within the therapeutic relationship? Where might there be patterns, assumptions or defences worth exploring?
I will offer support, curiosity and gentle challenge, whilst respecting you as the counsellor and the unique way you work.
As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I value difference, authenticity and individuality. I want supervision to be a space where you can bring your whole self, think creatively and develop your own therapeutic identity.
Ultimately, I want supervision to feel meaningful, engaging and human — somewhere you can feel supported, challenged, heard and encouraged to grow.

BACP Registered | Integrative Creative Supervisor

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
