Supervision details
Our supervision sessions will provide a safe non-judgmental space for you to openly discuss your clinical practise, share your experiences, and explore any challenges or insecurities you're facing. Together, we'll work to break down complex information into clear, accessible language that resonates with your clients. Through a formulation-driven approach, we'll delve into the underlying factors maintaining your clients' difficulties, and collaboratively develop a tailored treatment plan that prioritises their unique needs and goals. My aim is to support you in becoming a more confident, effective practitioner, and to help you to navigate the complexities of CBT with precision and clarity.
