Supervision details
I am an experienced CBT and EMDR therapist offering CBT supervision. I am fully accredited with the BABCP and a member of the EMDR Association.
I have experience supervising PWPs as well as trainee and qualified CBT therapists. I provide supervision for NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) services and private practice.
I completed my supervision training at the IoPPN, King’s College London, in April 2023, and have attended additional CPD trainings on delivering evidence-based supervision.
With over eight years of NHS experience, I have worked across various roles, including senior, supervisory, and managerial positions. Alongside my private practice, I currently work for an NHS Talking Therapies service in East London.
My therapy qualifications include:
- PGDip in High-Intensity CBT (IoPPN, King’s College London, 2020)
- PGCert in CBT for Eating Disorders (UCL, 2023)
- EMDR Europe Accredited Training (EMDR Academy, 2023)
- First Class Honours BSc in Applied Psychology (Clinical) (University of Exeter, 2017), which included full training and placement as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
I can offer supervision remotely or face-to-face depending on location (London).
I have a special interest in working with eating disorders and trauma.
In our supervision sessions, I provide a reflective space for you to discuss your clients in detail. We’ll begin by identifying your supervision question, helping us focus on the areas where you need support most. Together, we can explore formulation, treatment plans, and any challenges you encounter during assessment, treatment or your relationship with your client.
Supervision will be tailored to your individual needs and level of experience. My aim is to make you feel empowered, confident in your next steps, and support you in growing as a therapist.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
