Supervision details
I offer clinical and reflective supervision for therapists, trainees, and professionals working in people-facing or leadership roles.
My supervision practice is particularly suited to those who hold significant responsibility within their work and are looking for a reflective space that goes beyond surface-level case management. Many of the professionals I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply invested in the people they support, but may also be navigating burnout, organisational pressure, relational dynamics, or the emotional impact of holding others over time.
I work collaboratively and relationally, creating a space where you can think clearly about your client work, your internal responses, and the wider systems you are working within.
Alongside my clinical background, I also bring experience in leadership and entrepreneurial practice, which allows me to support professionals navigating:
private practice
organisational dynamics
leadership responsibility
ethical decision-making
sustainability and boundaries in long-term people-focused work
My approach integrates relational, trauma-informed, systemic, and somatic perspectives. I encourage supervisees to explore not only client dynamics, but also the impact of their work on themselves, their nervous systems, and their sense of professional identity.
Supervision with me is a space for reflection, curiosity, accountability, and growth — one where you can bring the realities of your work openly and without judgment.
I work with:
qualified therapists and counsellors
student therapists in placement
therapists in private practice
organisations seeking external supervision
professionals in leadership or people-facing roles
Sessions are available online worldwide and face-to-face.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
