Working woman's Neurodiverse support group
Are you a working, neurodiverse woman? Either with a diagnosis, awaiting diagnoses, or feeling you have traits but never got a diagnosis.
Would you like to join a support group where you can be yourself, work through any struggles, share tips and tricks, and be yourself?
It's a known fact that neurodiverse women tend to mask all day which can lead to burnout, fatigue, or feeling overwhelmed. My vision for this group is to have a non-judgemental space where we can discuss all issues arising from our modern world, that we can sprinkle with humour and emotions too.
Groups will be held once a month, starting Monday, April 24th. 8pm-9.30pm
- small groups - no more than six participants
- WhatsApp group so that we can support between sessions
- confidential, safe space
