PMDD affects 1 in 20 women and assigned female at birth individuals and is often described as a severe form of PMS. Misdiagnosis of PMDD can often be made in the forms of EUPD, bipolar and depression.
PMDD is a cyclical hormone-dependent mood disorder it is largely misunderstood and as a therapist with PMDD, I can share an authentic and personal understanding of PMDD and its related symptoms and characteristics.
This online workshop offers an introductory guide to effectively tailoring your approach within the therapy setting and provides insights into what you might encounter during sessions and how tracking mood along the menstrual cycle is an important and effective tool.
