Weekly group analytic therapy – Swiss Cottage (Tuesdays, 7 pm)
This in-person group analytic group in Swiss Cottage offers a supportive, confidential space to explore the difficulties that bring many of us to therapy: anxiety, depression, and recurring struggles in relationships.
This group may be for you if:
- you notice the same patterns repeating in relationships and want to understand why
- you live with anxiety or low mood, and often feel isolated with it
- you find one-to-one work helpful, but want to understand how you are with other people
- you're ready to commit to ongoing, longer-term work on yourself
In group analysis, the group becomes a social microcosm – a place to notice how you relate to others and to experiment with change, supported by the facilitator and fellow members. Many people find that being understood by a group, using the group to understand self in relation to others, eases the isolation that so often accompanies anxiety and depression.
Practical details:
- in person, Swiss Cottage (NW3), near Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, or Belsize park stations
- Tuesdays, 7 pm

- £150 per month
