Self-acceptance is at the heart of personal growth and development. Experiencing freedom and feeling at ease within ourselves depends upon how we engage with, take charge of, manage and shape ourselves and our relationships with others.

In this ongoing group, we will explore how patterns of behaviour are embodied and how they can be reshaped to support greater freedom, contentment and self-contact. There will be space to reflect on where you are now and what you want to form for yourself.

Our sessions will include formative (somatic) exercise and include different themes and time for reflection and group sharing. Through body awareness, presence and connection, we will loosen old, unhelpful patterns and shape possibilities for how to live.

This is an ongoing mixed monthly group, which will run over three hours on Friday mornings (once a month). It will run from October 2026 and will be limited to six people.
