Six-week person centred mindful movement course
Mindful movement is a combination of mindfulness and movement. It is a great way to learn how to inhabit your body and to turn down the inner turmoil that causes anxiety and distress. We often don’t tune into our bodies throughout our busy days and rest when we need to rest, or eat when we need to eat; ask for help when we need to, or reach out to others and the world in a healthy way.
Over the course of six weeks, we will explore the body and its movement in ways that will leave you energised, refreshed, connected, and centred, by learning about;
- body awareness
- mindful breathing
- being present
- giving and receiving
- taking care of yourself

I have been working as a therapist for many years. Initially through creative movement therapy where I was the director of the Wales school of Biodanza (RTSB) and later as a Movement Psychotherapist. I have been responsible for training teachers and other professionals in leading therapeutic programmes for children and adults.
