Reiki workshop level one (rolling workshop)

Do you want to learn Reiki?

Join me on a two-day workshop with private one-to-one tuition.

You will embark on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery, transformation, and healing as you learn Usui and Tibetan Reiki.

This course is designed for beginners with no prior knowledge requirements and offers a profound understanding of this beautiful healing energy.

This course is open to everyone, but is especially ideal for counsellors who are in need of a long-term self-care routine.

It's helpful for your client work, as you can clear away any negative energy you may have picked up from your clients at the end of the day, or if you need to 'fill your cup' after a stressful or draining day. You can even use Reiki in between clients to keep you grounded throughout the day.

By completing this two-day course, you will be attuned to Reiki level one, empowering you to provide Reiki treatments to yourself, your loved ones, friends and even pets!

After completing level one, if you wanted to practice on your clients, you could then progress on to the level two Practitioner course to gain additional training and obtain public liability insurance.  

This course will be exclusive one-to-one training with me, and once completed, you will receive a certificate with your lineage.

Some of the things you will learn are:

• What is Reiki?
• stress management
• chakras and auras
• how to treat yourself, friends, family and pets
• how to meditate

How will you feel after the course?

Many students report feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful and calm, which continues afterwards, especially if you continue to practice Reiki on yourself regularly.

Students also describe feeling less stressed, more grounded and having a sense that they have reconnected with themselves again.

You will receive a training manual at the beginning of the course and a certificate with lineage once the course is complete.

Spaces are available now, and I can offer weekday or weekend training days. There will be a one-month gap between workshop days, so you will have time to practice on yourself and your loved ones.
