I'm excited to share this Menopause Film Screening and Q&A Event with you and your clients who may be entering the peri/menopause/post menopause phase in their lives. 

With a live specialist panel, it's going to be screened at the Ryan Centre, Stranraer, on Sunday 18th October 2026 at 2 pm. A live panel Q&A and audience discussion will follow the film screening.

My Cinema Clinic is an exciting new cinema brand, bringing a specially made thought-provoking documentary alongside a menopause specialist panel to a cinema location near you.

The Menopause event (120 minutes) will include a 60-minute myth-busting cinematic documentary to provide the very latest scientific and holistic viewpoints on perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Shot with stunning cinematography of nature, the film features accounts from a wide spectrum of women punctuated by medical and holistic insights. It offers potential remedies and explains why support is needed and where it is available. It bears witness to what the experience feels like on the other side of this often challenging transition period.

After the 60-minute film, a live panel of local menopause medical and mental health specialists and advocates will be available at each cinema to those who wish to share their stories, ask questions and discuss what would best support them in their own journeys.
