Sunday morning online mindfulness and self-compassion workshops

You're welcome if you're a newcomer or if you'd like to top-up your mindfulness and self-compassion practice.

When: Sunday mindfulness and self-compassion workshops will be back on 14th June, with the slightly extended time of 11.30 am-1.15 pm to give a bit more space for practice.

Cost: The cost is £15 full price, £10 those suffering financial hardship resulting from COVID-19, £10 those on benefits, from low-income households, and students.

As a thank-you fo those who are loyally joining us week after week, from 5th June, if you book a total of three sessions at the same price, you will be offered the fourth session in at no cost.

A lot of thought has gone into shaping both the workshops and courses, so as to offer a space of contemplation, introspection and self-reflection, and are as different as they can be from virtual business meetings or online family get-togethers.

To limit sensory overload, much of each session will be audio-only, with video cameras turned off. For more information and to book your place, visit mindfulnesstherapy.co.uk.
