Mindful walk connecting with nature
A mindful walk to experience what is around you by listening to nature and looking at the greenery and wildlife. The Peace Garden offers some tranquillity to have stillness and time away from the stresses of life. Time to reflect and be in the here and now in a natural space.
A gentle circular walk from the cafe entrance, taking approximately one hour, with rests along the way. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing required.

I am a nature lover and enjoy walking in the natural green spaces of my local area. The route has been reccied and I am a competent walk leader with certification with the Scottish Ramblers. Walking in green spaces benefits the mind, body and soul. Self-care for all.
