This October, spend two nights and three days in the quiet of the Shropshire countryside – a private residential retreat at Home Farm, near Shrewsbury, running from the 16th-18th of October, with exclusive use of The Hornbill, peaceful accommodation set in the grounds.

Sometimes what you need isn’t another week of fitting healing into an hour. Sometimes you need real time and space, given over entirely to you. This retreat is designed for individuals carrying stress, anxiety, trauma, grief or a difficult life transition, who are ready to slow down, go inward and emerge somewhere different.

The retreat is built around you. We begin gently, settling the nervous system, before moving into deeper therapeutic work over the days that follow – drawing on talking therapy alongside body-based approaches such as somatic practices, EFT, clinical hypnotherapy and the Rewind Technique for trauma. There is time to rest, to walk in the grounds and to let things settle between sessions, before we close with integration: what has shifted and what you’re taking home.

Because stress, anxiety and trauma don’t only live in our thoughts, they live in the body too; this retreat works with your whole self, mind and nervous system together.

As this is a one-to-one retreat, these dates are held for one person, so do get in touch if it feels right for you. Before booking, we’ll have a conversation to understand what you’re hoping for and shape the days around you.
