Group analytic therapy
Welcome
If you're reading this, you may be finding life difficult at the moment, perhaps feeling anxious, uncertain about the future. Maybe you're a little lost and unsure what is next for you. You may have been struggling for a long time in your work or personal life, navigating loss, bereavement or relationship breakdown.
Perhaps you feel that painful events from your past are encroaching on the present. You may also notice that certain destructive patterns keep repeating, preventing you from moving forward in your life. If any of this resonates with you, then you may also be looking for some support to make sense of things, process your feelings and work out what is next for you.
You may be considering therapy, perhaps you've tried therapy before and found it beneficial, but you would like something deeper and longer-term, and you're wondering if group therapy might help.

Practicalities
This new, open-ended therapy group will be held on Thursday evenings in Greater Manchester. I am accepting enquiries now, so please get in touch to arrange a free, initial consultation. After the consultation, if you decide you would like to go ahead, we will have some 1:1 sessions to help you prepare for joining the group. I expect the group sessions to begin in Autumn 2026.
This group is offered by psychotherapist, Karen Nolan. Based in Greater Manchester, Karen is BACP registered and holds an IGA Diploma in Groupwork Practice.
