Dramatherapy Group in Bethnal Green

Tigs Ikkos-Serrano and Theo Kostidakis invite participants to join this dramatherapy group of 6-8 adult participants and be part of a consistent space of psychological exploration through the connection of body and mind.

With activities such as movement, drama games, story-making, improvisation, art-making and as well as talking, the main focus is the exploration of the self and past or current difficulties through metaphor and embodiment.

Please note that there are limited spaces in this group.

These are given on a ‘first come first served’ basis to people who confirm their attendance after an initial assessment.

Group sessions on Wednesdays 6pm – 8pm
