This qualification is for those wishing to work as self-employed counsellors in independent practice. It equips learners to take on senior counselling roles and prepares you for client assessment, referral and routine evaluation.

Purpose

Our course is designed to help you gain employment as a senior counsellor in an organisational setting or as an independent practitioner. Our experienced tutors support you in developing the knowledge, skills and competencies to work as a self-employed counsellor in independent practice. This course will prepare you to take a senior counselling role in an organisational context and guides you through client assessment, referral and routine evaluation.
