The circle of men is a safe place for men to support each other in developing emotional fitness.
The benefits of joining this group include:
- improved relationships
higher levels of achievement - stress reduction
- development of deeper friendships
- increased emotional fitness
- reduction in unhealthy expressions of anger
The group set up last year is still going strong and the men are enjoying the benefits of this being in a safe group of men. Feedback includes 'Finally I have a place to talk about deeper issues' and 'I feel like this process is potentially life-changing (even life-saving!) for me'.
