I am running an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy training programme from January to June 2026 to help you elevate your impact. It will help your clients grow and create meaningful, lasting change.

It's not a short course. You won't be left to your own devices. This is a six-month advanced training programme with ongoing support, so you not only increase your chances of seeing it through but also build your knowledge and skills with my help.

Think of it as training and supervision rolled into one package. In a small group of five practitioners, you'll complete a nine-step module curriculum over six months. It includes:

  • video lessons
  • practical exercises
  • reflective journaling
  • weekly group coaching calls
  • unlimited 1:1 check-ins with a peer-reviewed ACT trainer
  • access to the Openforwards ACT learning centre community

I created this training programme for advanced beginners. In other words, ACT practitioners who know the basics, but get stuck with fluidity and flexibility. Here is what I mean:

  • Do you heavily rely on protocols or formulaic exercises?
  • Do your clients report short-term improvements, but little in the way of longer-term change?
  • Do you get stuck in sessions when clients are withdrawn or control the conversation?

If so, then this programme will help you build your skills towards becoming a more proficient ACT practitioner. I have mapped out the steps, and I will help you get there.

For more information, please read about the programme and book a free, no-obligation discovery call. We'll have a chat to identify the difficulties you're encountering and decide whether this is a good fit for you at this time.

Places are limited to five people.

Take care,
Jim
