About me
As a therapist, I offer a warm, open and non-judgmental space where you can take the time to reflect on your life. In an environment of acceptance and deep respect, you will feel supported in discovering your own path toward positive change.
My rooms are in central Cheltenham and I offer both in person and online sessions.
About you
Maybe you are grappling with anxiety or depression, or perhaps the bereavement of a loved one or the loss of something less tangible. Whatever the reason, reaching out for therapy takes immense courage and it could mark the beginning of one of the most transformative journeys of your life.
My therapy room is a calm, welcoming and confidential space, where you can take the time to explore what’s really going on for you.
Within this space, you can begin to reconnect with your authentic self, the wise and deepest part of your being. I hold the belief that the answers you seek are already within you. My role is not to dictate or direct, but to walk beside you with empathy and compassion. You are the expert in your own life and I am here to accompany you as you uncover the truths that are waiting to be discovered.

How I work
My training is person-centred and integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models and rooted in the idea of understanding you as a unique individual. So I will tailor the therapy to suit your needs to help you grow towards becoming your fuller self with greater confidence.
Whether we are exploring past trauma, working through anxiety, or navigating relational difficulties, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a foundation for positive change and an emergence towards wholeness and a reconnection to yourself.
My background
In my previous career, I worked in digital advertising and also spent time as an actress and artist. Working in both the corporate and artistic industries, fostered my passion for real human connection and supporting people in reaching their potential. I still practice as an artist and enjoy using creative art materials with my clients where appropriate.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
