About me
I’m Zach, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 8 years of experience helping children, young people and adults navigate life’s psychological challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure where to begin, I offer a calm, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I specialise in working with a wide range of difficulties, including:
- Anxiety and panic
- Low mood and depression
- OCD and intrusive thoughts
- Stress and burnout
- Trauma and emotional regulation
- Behavioural challenges in young people
My approach is rooted in evidence-based CBT and enriched by techniques from Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and strengths whether you're seeking short-term strategies or deeper, lasting change.
I also bring specialist insight into neurodiversity, offering affirming, personalised support for autistic and ADHD clients. My research and NHS experience have shaped a practice that is flexible, inclusive, and deeply respectful of individual differences.
Therapy with me is a partnership. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, develop practical tools, and move toward the life you want, at your pace, in your way.
