About me
Wendy Pezzani Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapist
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, which is my main approach to counselling clients. I am also trained in Schema Therapy which I use to get a little deeper into clients psychological problems. I am a full member of COSCA and the BABCP. I am fully insured with Balens Insurance so as to be able to work from home, over the phone, Skype and any other form of video platform.
I have been successfully counselling clients throughout the Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire area where I live and facilitating their self-growth and psychological needs. If you are feeling overwhelmed by present day life's demands and situations, my sessions aim to introduce clarity, self-motivation, healing and self-esteem. I also teach relaxation techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life and the negative thoughts that go with this.
