About me
You’ve always been the achiever - at school, at work, in your family. Maybe you’re starting to realise how often you abandon your own needs to meet others’ expectations. Or how much your self-worth depends on productivity or being “useful.” You might even be wondering if your anxiety is linked to how you were parented, and perhaps your sensitivity or burnout is linked to undiagnosed ADHD.
You may be the one others turn to. You show up, do your best, and hold yourself to high standards. And yet, you’re often overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and unsure how to stop the inner voice that tells you you're not enough.
Maybe you're noticing burnout creeping in. Or you're battling a sense of impostor syndrome at work, constantly questioning if you belong - even when you're objectively doing well. You might also be experiencing chronic health issues - headaches, body pain, fatigue, or insomnia - and wondering if they’re linked to stress, anxiety, or burnout.
In relationships, it can feel even more confusing. You might find yourself anxious, overthinking, or stuck in the same patterns - choosing people who don’t value you, or unintentionally pushing people away when things feel too vulnerable. You may feel resentful and like you're always the one trying harder, or that no matter how much you give, you still feel like you're getting it wrong.
Many of my clients grew up fast, learned to mask or overfunction, learned to produce results to prove their worth, and now feel disconnected from who they truly are. In therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome - even the ones you’ve spent years masking or hiding. I don’t offer quick fixes or “one-size-fits-all” advice. Instead, I work relationally and collaboratively: we’ll explore how your past has shaped your patterns, and gently build more flexible, sustainable ways of relating to yourself and the world. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way -whether it’s anxiety, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or executive functioning difficulties - and find tools that actually work for you.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I’ve supported many individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, chronic health issues, late diagnosis of ADHD, and difficulties with relationships - often with the added complexity of cross-cultural identity, early attachment wounds, or being misunderstood for years.
We’ll go at your pace and tailor our work to what you most need - whether that’s space to reflect, skills to manage the day-to-day, or support in finding your voice.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
