Viviane Hill - Individual & Couples Counsellor
Feeling anxious? Depressed? Lost?
Perhaps you’re struggling with unwelcome changes… the end of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, health problems? Or maybe you are wanting to move on from a difficult situation, recover from hurt or disappointment or regain your sense of self and what to do with your life? Whatever our age or circumstances, there are times when we could all use some emotional support to light our way forward.
My name is Viviane, and as an experienced counsellor I can help you navigate through these and many other life changes. In my therapeutic practice, I offer you the emotional support and a safe, reflective space in which you can express and explore your thoughts and feelings to gain clarity about whatever it is that is troubling you.
I have experience working across a wide range of issues (fully listed below) including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. Working together, we can explore your unique qualities and strengths along with the positive changes you would like to make so that you can move forward in your life.
