About me
Welcome & How I Can Help
Life, work, and major transitions can often leave us feeling anxious and exhausted. As a UKCP-accredited person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can drop the pressure to conform, let your guard down, and explore what truly matters to you.
My approach is collaborative and client-led. I don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions or generic advice; instead, we work together at a pace that feels completely authentic to you.
Specialising in Analytical, Creative & Neurodivergent Minds
Many of the adults I work with are in creative or tech industries, or identify as neurodivergent (including Autism and ADHD). I specialise in offering an adaptable, affirming environment that respects how your mind uniquely processes the world.
Together, we can work through:
- Anxiety, Overwhelm & Intrusive Thoughts: Finding calm and managing inner pressure.
- Burnout & Perfectionism: Setting healthy boundaries and releasing high-stress expectations.
- Neurodivergent Identity: Navigating a world built for neurotypical minds and building self-compassion.
- Childhood Trauma & Relational Patterns: Processing past experiences to feel grounded today.
- Life Transitions & Illness Support: Navigating grief, major life shifts, or chronic conditions/oncology support.
Taking the First Step
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and you don’t need to have all the answers figured out before you contact me.
I offer a free 15-minute video consultation. This is a relaxed, no-obligation opportunity for us to meet, talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and see if we're a good fit to work together.
Please send me a message using the email button on this profile to arrange a time.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
