About me
I help women struggling with loss, anxiety and overwhelm whilst leading demanding lives.
My approach:
My compassionate, reflective approach combines person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. I also draw on techniques from a range of creative therapeutic approaches. I have specific training in supporting people with loss (death, identity, circumstance) and stress-related difficulties, including grief, overwhelm, burnout, low self-confidence and self-doubt, anxiety.
I aim to build your trust and confidence in our relationship, so that we can work together at a pace that suits you. I want to help you feel comfortable exploring your inner thoughts and feelings by offering non-judgemental, confidential and gentle support.
By examining different parts of yourself without judgement, you can build confidence, direction, and balance in your daily life.
Who I work with:
My clients often feel stretched between work, family, and friendships while navigating significant life transitions such as identity shifts, bereavement, new beginnings at work, or perimenopause/menopause. Many come to therapy seeking a supportive relationship that allows them to reflect deeply and work toward the changes they want in their lives. Together, we explore what often goes unspoken, clarify what feels confusing or heavy, and uncover strengths and perspectives that guide lasting change.
I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on your needs and preferences.
I'd be delighted to hear from you. Please get in touch to arrange a free 15 minute consultation, where we can have an informal chat about what you are experiencing and explore a way forward together.

Additionally, I have completed specialist training and have 100s hours experience working in:
- bereavement counselling
- counselling for children and young people, and safeguarding vulnerable people
- counselling online
- counselling outdoors
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I support clients dealing with anxiety, bereavement, relationship challenges and burnout. Together, we set clear goals and work through past experiences and current struggles. Over a typical session plan (short term 10-12 sessions or long term 24 sessions or more) clients gain clarity, greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, confidence and personal empowerment.
