Vanessa Beaton BSc Hons MBACP (Registered) ACC (Accred)
2 The Drive
Hello, my name is Vanessa, I am an experience Integrative counsellor and I have practiced counselling and psychotherapy for many years. I realise it may be daunting to seeking support and my aim is to provide a safe, non judgemental space in which to explore life challenges and difficulties that are effecting you. It is my belief that that every person is unique and is on their own individual journey through life.
I offer both short and long term one-to-one counselling and I draw upon a variety of models, including Psychodynamic, Cognitive/ Behavioural, Person-centre and Gestalt. These may include the use of creative interventions which can access the unconscious and provide insight and new ways forward to emotional health.
I work with a diverse range of clients with many different issues including: anxiety, trauma, abuse, panic attacks, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship issues, work related stress and feeling sad.
Please feel free to phone to find out more.
