Vanessa Beaton BSc Hons Dip in management MBACP (Registered) ACC (Accred)
I realise it may be daunting seeking support and its important that you find the right therapist. I have worked as a therapist in a range of different settings, both Private, statutory and voluntary, since 2003.
My aim is to provide a safe, non judgemental space in which to explore life challenges and difficulties that are effecting you. It is my belief that that every person is unique and is on their own individual journey through life.
I provide face to face, time limited and open ended professional counselling and have worked with clients who have had a wide range of issues and concerns, including: Depression, Anxiety, stress, panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and PTSD. Also issues around low self-confidence, depression, sexual abuse, Relationship difficulties, Bereavement and loss.
I offer both short - term and also long - term psychotherapy and provide a safe and confidential area where you can explore some of the difficult feelings that may be coming up for you.
Please feel free to email or phone to find out more.
