About me
I support individuals and couples in exploring their inner world, particularly when they're struggling in their relationships (with partners, family, friends or at work), facing questions of life direction and authenticity, or working through patterns rooted in attachment wounds, anxiety, or stress.
Perhaps you function well in the outside world, yet something inside doesn't feel right. You want to feel more connected to yourself and the people around you, and to find more peace. I can accompany you on this path of self-discovery, working through your suffering, anxiety, relationship difficulties and life choices, towards a life lived with more awareness, confidence and connection, where you can inhabit your own space with freedom.
I'm a psychologist, counsellor, Family Constellations facilitator and art counsellor, registered with the Ordine degli Psicologi in Italy and a member of BACP in the UK.
I was born in Rome and have lived in several cities in Italy, as well as in the UK and China, so I know the expat experience firsthand, building a new life from scratch, far from my family and my past. Along the way I have navigated different financial circumstances, changed careers and explored different sides of myself. I know what it means to go through change, and the courage it takes to try to make one's life better. These experiences, and being part of the LGBTQIA+ community, taught me the value of diversity and acceptance. I bring that into my work, welcoming clients from all backgrounds with a personalised approach that honours the story behind each individual.
I deeply believe that everyone carries the inner resources needed to engage with life and transform difficulties into opportunities for growth. I bring together everything I have learned through life and training to support those who wish to discover and develop their inner resources, and to choose a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are, welcoming all the parts within.
I help people achieve authenticity, helping them explore their inner world and their parts, and working through their suffering. I support my clients in gaining greater psychological, physical, and relational awareness, enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life, one where they feel freer to be themselves and live in closer alignment with their deepest needs, while honouring every aspect of who they are and every expression of their being across the various spheres of their lives.
If you are looking for support during a time of change, or if you would like to explore new ways of living in greater harmony with yourself and with those around you, I am here to support you.
Send me a message and let's chat, to see how I can help you in improving your quality of life.

My clinical experience includes counselling and psychological placements in Milan, individual counselling, group facilitation and personal growth workshops. I am also trained in Art Counselling, Focusing and Family Constellations, which have expanded the way I work with emotions, embodied experience, creativity and personal meaning.
My approach is integrative, relational and collaborative. I draw particularly on Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and person-centred counselling, incorporating creative and experiential tools when they feel useful. Rather than applying one fixed method, I adapt the work to you and to what emerges in the therapeutic relationship. I’m interested not only in what you think, but also in what you feel, how you experience things in your body, the patterns you repeat, and the ways you relate to yourself and others. Together, we can develop greater awareness of these patterns and explore new possibilities, while starting from an acceptance of where you are now rather than from the idea that you need to become someone different.
My background outside psychology also shapes the way I work. Alongside counselling and psychology, I have worked for many years as a singer-songwriter, vocal coach, choir leader and translator, and have lived in both Italy and the UK. These experiences have given me a particular appreciation for creativity, communication, cultural difference and the courage it can take to be seen and heard authentically.
Professional membership

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Reaching out for support can take courage, especially when you are used to keeping parts of yourself hidden or finding it difficult to feel truly seen. You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Whatever is bringing you here, we can start from where you are and explore together what you need, what might be holding you back, and what kind of change feels meaningful for you. I’d be glad to hear a little about what’s bringing you here and see whether we might be a good fit to work together.
