Valentina Bowley MBACP
I am an integrative counsellor and offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore, at your own pace, the issues or concerns that are important to you and bring you to counselling at this time. The time allocated for you is a space with unconditional acceptance without fear or judgment. I believe in the power of transformation as a process of developing insight leading to increased hope and change. This is a collaborative relationship and space about you and for you.
I offer one-to-one open-ended and short term counselling.
