About me
I will help you to explore and better understand the problems you are struggling with. You will gain insight into the patterns that repeat in your life and learn new skills and strategies to manage and improve the situation you are facing.
I am an integrative practitioner drawing on a range of theories including Attachment, Transactional Analysis and theories of human development. These help me to structure my work to support you.

My initial training was in relationship counselling. I have since qualified as a counselling supervisor and trainer. I am also a qualified Family counsellor. My qualifications include:

I have worked as a couple’s counsellor for over 20 years. I also have experience of working with families. This includes both families with children and adult families with long term issues.
