About me

I’m an Integrative Therapist who welcomes adults and children (aged 9 years +) for Counselling.

Counselling for Adults

Sometimes life’s twists and turns can stop us in our tracks, or we recognise we feel uncomfortable or misaligned. Therapy can help to explore and smooth out our inner selves.

Counselling for Children aged 9+, Tweens, Teens & Young Adults

If you are concerned about a young person navigating challenges, worries, or distress it can be hard to know how to help. Therapy can be a place to make sense of their upsets and find some calm.

My core modality is person-centred therapy; however, I am trained to work integrating a variety of other approaches. This means that I can work flexibly using a variety of techniques to meet your individual needs. This may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Creative and Symbolic strategies for a Proactive Approach.

Working with adults and children has enabled me to support a wide range of issues around (but not limited to) anxiety, panic disorder, depression, low mood, eating difficulties, body image, gender, sexuality, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, ASD & ADHD, grief/loss, stress, relationships.

My many years within the NHS means I am experienced in working with individuals with health concerns, medical phobias and staff experiencing frontline trauma.
