About me

Hi, I'm Tracey and I am a psychotherapist (MA)  and counsellor (dip).   I work with both adults and children.  I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions, gain self-awareness and make positive changes in their lives, through therapy that speaks to the individual, whether that looks like talking therapy, art, play, dance, movement and body awareness.  I work online, via telephone or in person at a private practice in Bratton, Wiltshire.  I am experienced working with trauma, anxiety, stress, depression and common relationship problems.  I have ten years experience working with clients who have diagnosed or suspected neurodiversity.

“For me personally, Tracey went beyond talk therapy and helped me with my physical and mental health. She really tailored her care for me with body work for my anxiety, breathing and movement exercises and art therapy and meditation. With the therapy I was able to talk about my past, present and future and it was always cathartic. Tracey helped me come to terms with my ADHD diagnosis.  She is very kind and understanding and will do whatever she can to care for your wellbeing".

" I couldn’t recommend Tracey enough! After struggling with anxiety and a lot of confusion towards my physical and especially mental health, I was put into contact with Tracey, The care and attention she gave as well as the unbiased guidance and advice was exactly what I needed to be able to ‘clear the fog’ so to speak and see things a little more clearly. The difference that not only I see but close friends and family can also see since I started to receive Tracey’s help is phenomenal. I will honestly recommend Tracey to anyone in need of her help for as long as she is practicing. I can honestly say I see a different person in the mirror most days and I believe that it was Tracey’s guidance that gave me a whole new outlook".

I can offer a free telephone call to discuss how therapy could help you or your loved one.
