About me
People come to counselling for many different reasons. Perhaps you are facing challenging times, stressful life events or feeling anxiety around situations you normally cope well with. You may just want to share thoughts and feelings with someone who is impartial, in a safe, and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to help you explore and understand whatever it is that you are wanting help with. That may mean challenging and untangling things that have become blurred and confused for you, it may also involve relationships and events that have occurred in your past.
Having therapy for the first time may feel daunting, not knowing what to expect. But by seeking therapy it is taking that initial step towards moving forward.
It is never too late to seek help!
