About me
Hi, my name is Tracey, and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings regarding any difficulties you may be experiencing at the moment.
People come to counselling for many different reasons, stressful life events, anxiety issues, lack of confidence, self-esteem issues and much more. Or, perhaps want to just share their thoughts and feelings with someone who is impartial. I offer a safe space to explore your true self, to look at past experiences and unhelpful patterns, and work towards a better future. This may mean challenging thoughts and feelings that have become blurred and confused, and I am here to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
My aim is to offer my services to as wide a community as I can and so my fees reflect this. I understand that in these times of economic stresses counselling can seem very low on our list of priorities, but I also feel that it is so important to our mental well-being.
And so having therapy for the first time may feel daunting, not knowing what to expect. But by seeking help it is taking that initial step towards moving forward.
It is never too late to seek help!
