About me

Hello, let me introduce myself.

My name is Tracey, and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore thoughts and feelings regarding any difficulties you may be experiencing at the moment.

People come to counselling for many different reasons, stressful life events,  anxiety issues, lack of confidence, self-esteem issues and much more.  Or, maybe just want to share thoughts and feelings with someone who is impartial.  Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore these thoughts and feelings in a safe space.   I am here to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

The number of sessions you have and the frequency of these sessions is very dependent on yourself and the progression you make, there are no strict time scales.  We will work together to identify any patterns that may be preventing you from living your best life.

And so having therapy for the first time may feel daunting, not knowing what to expect.  But by finding help it is taking that initial step towards moving forward.

It is never too late to seek help!
