About me
Starting therapy can be daunting. When we meet, I will be completely present with you and listen carefully. My aim is to offer you a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings. I will help you to become more aware of habitual patterns that might not be serving you. I will support you to find new ways of being in the world. This in turn can lead to you experiencing less loneliness, more freedom of choice, flexibility, spontaneity, and aliveness in your life – or simply feeling more ‘at home’ with yourself, others, and your place in the world.
Many of us face emotional challenges at different points in our lives. Each person has a unique story and reasons for seeking psychotherapy. I work in an integrative way. This simply means that I draw on a range of different theories and approaches to support and tailor my work to your particular needs.
Initial Contact
You are welcome to contact me by email to arrange an initial session. During an initial session, we will explore together what you might need and how we should proceed. If we decide to work together, we will typically arrange weekly 50-minute sessions. This could be for a fixed period or an open-ended timeframe.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed five years of psychotherapy training at London’s renowned Metanoia Institute graduating with:
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Integrative Psychotherapy (awarded by Middlesex University)
- Postgraduate Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy
I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Regent’s School of Psychotherapy and Psychology, London.
I have worked with adults with a wide range of concerns in different therapy and counselling services across London since 2018.
I am a full clinical member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I follow their ethical and professional codes of practice. I am committed to continuing professional development and regular supervision of my practice.
I also hold the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) - a European wide standard for psychotherapy education and training issued by The European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
