About us
We are a team of Clinical Psychologists providing evidence‑based psychological assessment and therapy for children, young people, and adults. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in a whole‑person understanding of each individual’s strengths, needs, and lived experiences.
We support people with a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental needs, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, OCD, emotional regulation, learning profiles, and neurodivergence. We work with individuals and families seeking clarity, understanding, and a safe space to explore their experiences, and we tailor all interventions to what will genuinely help someone move forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
Our team is made up of Clinical Psychologists with extensive experience across CAMHS and adult services, supporting individuals with complex mental health presentations and neurodevelopmental needs.
Collectively, our specialist training includes:
- Trauma‑focused approaches, including EMDR
- Specialist CBT models for anxiety, OCD, low mood, and complex presentations
- Eating disorder assessment and intervention
- Neurodevelopmental assessment and support for both children and adults
- Supporting individuals with co‑occurring mental health and neurodivergence, helping people understand their profile and develop meaningful strategies.
We draw on a broad range of therapeutic models and work in a thoughtful, person‑centred way, ensuring each individual receives care that fits their needs and context.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
