You can expect 100% transparency and authenticity when working with Anna. Anna is compassionate, warm and has empathy. She is driven by her values and innate desire to make a difference to peoples’ lives by helping them to take control of their own lives, develop self-awareness and awareness of others, understand their difficulties and, as important, understand what has been maintaining them. Anna believes that everyone has mental health, just as everyone has physical health. Anna’s own personal experiences have gifted her with the ability and skill to look beyond just behaviours, and instead work towards unearthing the real source(s) of the problem(s).
