About me
Hello, my name is Tanya.
As a counsellor-psychotherapist for over 25 years and a supervisor for over 15 years, I continue to see how helpful counselling can be.
Are you finding daily life hard to manage, or perhaps there is a specific issue that is impacting you? Are you dealing with anxiety, stress, abuse or trauma? I am sorry that you are having to struggle - life can get us down and sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is to seek some support.
I offer you my extensive experience as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer of counsellors so that together we can find the best way forward for you to resolve the things that are troubling you.
In our first meeting you will be able to see if you will be comfortable working with me an I will be able to gain some more information about what is bringing you to counselling and make sure I am the right counsellor for you.
Below is a video that tells you a bit about how i work. It is a bit long so feel free to fast forward!
