About me
I'm a pluralistic psychotherapist and counsellor working with people of all ages, from children and adolescents between the ages of 4-18, to adult clients of any age. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
I use a combination of psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT techniques and work collaboratively with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life stressors, I'm committed to helping you build resilience, improve your well-being, and achieve lasting change.
When working with young people, I use a play therapy/creative approach, this can be the easiest way for children and teens to access their thoughts and emotions. The sessions are non-directive and led by them, and within the safety of the therapeutic relationship they are supported to process stuck emotions and/or traumatic events.
As well as serving private clients, I also work for Place2Be (a National children's mental health charity) in schools, working with both primary and secondary school aged children and young people.
I am an Accredited member of the NCPS and work within their ethical framework.
