About me
Everyone's mind is unique and individual to them, and this is why I make sure my therapy is tailored to just that- Being open, adaptive, flexible and working from a pluralistic approach we are able to work collaboratively with whatever issues you may be struggling with or wanting more understanding of. By working from a pluralistic approach, this means you are at the heart of the therapy- I fully believe my clients can find it in themselves to understand their behaviours, emotions and thought processes, but also with a little support can start to gain new skills and perspectives to change their life for the better.I started my training due to the positive impact therapy had for me. It didn't change my life- I changed my life. I threw myself into studying, reading and working on myself on a personal and professional level.
I am able to offer an understanding space to your presenting issues, show you respect and dignity during our sessions and support building confidence so you can say the same for yourself and your own lives.
Are you experiencing issues related to stress, depression, anxiety, or difficulties as a result of major life changes? There comes a time when we might need some help from someone outside our circle, someone who can help shed a different light and support you in finding alternative perspectives on challenges thrown our way. Over the years, I have provided clients with a tailored therapy plan that flows at the speed the client is comfortable with.
