About me

How I can help:

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I can help you feel better, think more clearly, and move forward positively.

I believe lasting change is possible for everyone, and I'll support you in unlocking your strengths to create the changes you want.

Whether you're navigating mid-life relationship challenges, career pressures, or adjusting to university life, I’m here to support you. If you're an older adult seeking a new sense of purpose, or beginning to understand how neurodiversity might be affecting your experiences, I’ll help you work through these challenges, make positive decisions and move forward with confidence.

What Will Sessions Involve?

Sessions with me are usually 90 minutes, combining friendly discussion, solution-focused therapy, relaxation, and guided imagery. Together we'll identify unmet emotional needs and co-create practical strategies for change. And when needed, I use the Rewind Technique and BWRT for rapid positive shifts in emotional wellbeing. We won't spend lengthy sessions dwelling on the past: instead, I offer solution-focused help based in the here and now. Sessions are held online via Zoom (or WhatsApp/phone), with face-to-face options in Bath and occasionally in Bristol (Clifton) by arrangement.

My Approach:

I work in a positive, goal-focused way with a strong coaching element. I use the Rewind Technique for fast phobia and trauma relief, and I'm also trained in BWRT, for creating rapid shifts in wellbeing. Whatever your challenge, we’ll make room for laughter - my aim is for you to leave each session feeling brighter, more hopeful, and ready for change.

Whatever your present difficulty, we can work together to bring about change quickly.

Above all, I believe therapy should be positive and enjoyable. Email or message me now to book a free 30-minute chat to see if you'd enjoy working with me. This will also help me understand what change you want to make. I look forward to hearing from you and will try to get back to you the same day.
